Hosting a World

Hosting a world enables all students to work inside the same world at the same time. It is normally recommended that the teacher or a trusted student hosts the world. Hosting the world provides the teacher with more control over the lesson and ensures the safety of the students' work.
Once a Minecraft world is decided, hosting only requires a few steps:
Select the host icon then start hosting

Inform your students of the join code

Confirm hosting

Wait for all students to join the world

All users must be from the same educational organisation and on the same WIFI network and version of Minecraft Education Edition.
