Primary Division

Each team will participate in Group Stage Round Robin to qualify.
Games will be 8 - 10 minutes long, depending on the total number of participants.
The top 4 teams will make it through to the playoffs.
The format and scoring are updated live throughout the day.

Mystery Game

In addition to the main game, another single-player time trial-themed game will be available on the day for students to compete in when they are not playing in the main competition.

Teams

Teams must have five players plus one sub. The sub can not be swapped over once the game has started. Teams with less than five players must compete against their full opposing team.

Schools can enter multiple teams.

Regulations

GGs before and after each game.
No personal mice. Use the mice provided.
Play honestly and fairly. Do not manipulate the mechanics of the map to create an unfair advantage.
No gameplay until the game starts
No “rolling subs”. No coaching
No waiting at the spawnpoint
Do not change the player skin.
Do not log out

Prizes

The winning team will receive a team trophy, individual medals, a gaming mouse, The FUSE Cup winner's jersey and a Minecraft Merh pack.

Software

You will need access to Minecraft Education to train.

If you don't have it already, we recommend downloading Minecraft

Education or talking to your school's IT support to ensure it is available on

your student's devices.

To log into Minecraft Education, you will need to use your Microsoft 365 account details. If you are unsure if you have access to Minecraft Education, you can check your eligibility.

Tech Requirements

All hardware and software are provided on the day. Students are not required to bring a device or equipment like a mouse on the day. Students will play on laptops using a keyboard and mouse. If your students only have access to an iPad for training we recommend following these guidelines to best prepare them.
